The portal does not collect any information, except for the cookies automatically.
Cookies files are data generated by a browser, with special emphasis on the text files, which are stored on the end device of the Serwis User and are designed to help in the usage of websites. Cookies usually consist of the websites address, from which they derive, time of the storage on the end device and a unique number.

Cookies are used to:
a) adjusting the content of the webpage to preferences of the user and optimization of the usage of the webpages; those files allow to identify the device of the user and respectively present the webpage adjusted to the user's needs.
b) creating statistics, which help to understand, in what way the users are using webpages, which allows improving their structure and content
c) maintenance of the users' session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to input login and password on each of the sub-pages.
Within the Webpage, there are used two types of cookies files: session and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files, which are stored on the device for the time of usage of the service or turning on the web browser. Persistent cookies are stored on the device for an agreed time in the cookie files parameter or until they are deleted by the User.

Within the Portal, below mentioned types of cookies are used:
a) "necessary" cookies, allowing for usage of the services available within the webpage, e.g. Credential cookie files used for the services requiring the credentials within the webpage. b) cookie files used for assuring safety e.g. Ones used to detection of abusement of the credentials within the webpage
c) "efficiency cookies" allowing for the collection of information about the users' behavior within the webpage
d) "functional" cookie files, allow saving chosen by the user settings and personalization of the users interface e.g. Chosen language, the region from which the user comes from, size of the font and the webpages look;
e) "advertising" cookie files, allowing delivering advertising materials adjusted to the users' preferences

In many cases software for browsing webpages (web browser) automatically allows storage of the cookie files in the users' device. Users of the service can adjust cookies settings at any time. Those settings can be changed to block the automatic collection of the cookie files by adjusting web browser settings or decide to be informed each time the files are downloaded. The operator of the service informs, that the restrictions of the usage of cookie files can influence some of the functionalities are available on the webpages.
